Many of you have questions regarding your teams - changes, loss of players, addition of players... here are some answers:

  1. What do I do if I have a player drop? 
    If you are informed that a player is dropping out (for any reason) - please let your Division Director know ASAP. The Division Director will then inform the Player Agent who may have a player on the waiting list that can be added. Be aware that players will only be added so long as the balance of the division remains fair.
  2. I know of a player that wants to sign up, can they still sign up? 
    If you know of a player that wants to sign up, again, you must inform the Player Agent. Only the Player Agent can add players to the wait list and then on to a team. Even if your team is short players, you MUST go through the Player Agent and the potential player MUST be made aware that they will be placed where needed and best fit. Late fees apply without any refund.
  3. I have a player that wants to change teams (for carpooling, ride sharing, etc), can he/she change to another team? 
    Players will NOT be switched from one team to another. Unless the player has been placed in the wrong division (age, gender) or siblings that need to be placed together, there will be no movement of players on teams.
